Chrome extension — data & permissions

Listing analysis you run in the extension is stored locally in chrome.storage.local. Bring-your-own keys (for example OpenRouter) stay on your device and are sent only to those providers when you use those features. ListingRizz does not proxy or store your OpenRouter / Claude / Higgsfield API keys on our servers.

• storage — save settings, Creator API key hash reference, scores, and local project drafts.
• activeTab / scripting — read Airbnb listing page content you ask us to score.
• sidePanel / clipboardWrite / downloads — UI, copy briefs, and download stills you choose to export.
• Host access (Airbnb, muscache, OpenRouter, listingrizz.com) — extract listing media, call OpenRouter when you run AI vision, and sync vault projects when you unlock Creator Cloud.
• Optional <all_urls> — only after you grant it, used to capture the visible tab for screenshots from the side panel. Not required for core scoring.

This website & Cloud Studio

When you create an account or subscribe, we process account, billing, and project data needed to run Studio (projects, assets, proposal packs, and delivery links). Creator API keys are stored as irreversible hashes so we can authenticate the extension without keeping the raw key.

If you join the email list, we collect the address you submit for product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Processors we use

• Clerk — authentication and account identity.
• Stripe — Creator subscriptions, Customer Portal, and host-pack checkout.
• Supabase (and/or Neon / Vercel Blob as configured) — vault database and private asset storage.
• Vercel — website hosting and request logs.
• OpenRouter (and other AI providers you configure) — user-directed third parties; their policies apply to data you send them from the extension.

Retention & deletion

Account and vault data are retained while your account is active and as needed for billing records. You may request deletion of account and project data by emailing support@listingrizz.com. Local extension data can be cleared by removing the extension or clearing site data in Chrome. Stripe retains payment records per their policies and legal requirements.
