Terms of Use

Last updated: August 6, 2026

By installing ListingRizz or using this site, you agree to these terms.

The product

ListingRizz is a Chrome extension and cloud Studio that help you scout Airbnb listings, score service fit, sync vault projects, and generate AI walkthrough briefs. Earnings figures ($100–$1K, monthly projections) are illustrative of possible host pitches — not guarantees.

Creator subscription

Creator access is a paid monthly subscription (currently $29 USD / month) billed through Stripe. Your payment method is charged at checkout when you subscribe. Cancel anytime in the Customer Portal; access continues through the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law.

Manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation in the Stripe Customer Portal from App → Billing. Access to Studio, vault APIs, MCP mutating tools, and the extension unlock ends when your subscription is no longer active.

Host packs

Host packs are one-time purchases for a specific listing share link (video download and proposal copy when attached). Unless required by law, host-pack purchases are non-refundable once the content is unlocked. Chargebacks or confirmed refunds may revoke pack access.

Bring your own keys (BYOK)

AI generation (OpenRouter, Claude, Higgsfield, and similar) is bring-your-own-key. You are responsible for those third-party accounts, usage fees, rate limits, and acceptable-use policies. ListingRizz does not provide AI generation credits as part of the Creator plan.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with Airbnb’s terms, local laws, and host communication norms. Ask hosts before producing or pitching paid work. Do not use the extension to spam, scrape at abusive rates, or misrepresent AI-generated media.

Disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost profits, account bans, third-party API costs, or outcomes of your client pitches.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Site: http://localhost:3000.
